You’ll begin receiving texts that remind you of an upcoming payment.
The message contains a link to a secure payment portal. You can also access payment services once you’ve logged in to TCCU online banking or mobile banking.
Provide your account number and birth date.
You’ll be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN.
You’ll need this PIN for future payments.
Next, add your method-of-payment.
Once you’ve completed the enrollment, our payment portal will show all your loans and payment options*.
*Payment with a debit card will add a $7 convenience fee to your payment total. Payments may take up to 1 business day to post. If making a final loan payment, please contact us to confirm your payoff amount prior to processing a payment through online payment.

ACH transfer of funds
ACH is a transfer from other financial institution to TCCU. We can debit an account you have at another financial institution and credit your Total Community CU account (no charge). You must complete the ACH form and send the completed, signed form back to us in order to do an ACH transfer.
